Once you have confirmed the design, material (925 Silver, 14K/18K Gold, or Platinum), stone size, and color, no further changes can be made.
Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke jewelry, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom-made items.
Sizing & Engraving
Size Accuracy: Please ensure the ring size provided is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for sizing errors based on the measurements provided to us.
Engraving: If you would like to add a personal message, please advise us at the time of your order. An additional engraving fee may apply.
