We offer several shipping options within Canada and the U.S. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and do not include weekends, federal holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays. If your order contains items with different availability dates, it may be shipped in multiple packages to get your jewelry to you as soon as possible.
Standard Shipping

Canada: Free on orders of $60+ ($8 flat rate for orders under $60)

U.S.: Standard rates applied at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
2–4 Business Days

Flat Rate: $15
Note: Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Processing Times: Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. For personalized or engraved pieces, please allow up to 14 business days for our artisans to prepare your order.

PO Boxes: Please provide a physical address, as standard and expedited services cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

International Orders: Orders outside of Canada may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or tariffs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. As these fees vary by country, Ode Momentcannot provide estimates for these costs.

Non-Refundable Fees: All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your pieces. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date.

Final Sale: For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on earrings, custom-made items, engraved pieces, bespoke designs, or specially sized items.

Size Exchanges: If you need a different fit, please contact us via email. We will do our absolute best to assist you in finding the perfect size.

Shipping for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending items back to us for exchange.

Product Representation
At Ode Moment, we make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Small variations in finish or stone placement are a hallmark of the unique, artisanal nature of our pieces.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ode Moment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. By purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
