Stainless Steel

Our stainless steel pieces are designed for durability and a low-maintenance lifestyle.

• Daily Wear: These items are sweat-proof and highly resistant to rust.

• Water-Friendly: You can safely wear these pieces in the shower, while washing your hands, or during intense gym sessions.

• Routine Cleaning: To maintain their shine, simply clean with a solution of mild dish soap and warm water when needed.

These precious and plated metals require a bit more mindfulness to maintain their original finish.

• Limit Water Exposure: Do not submerge these items in water for long periods, such as when swimming or taking a bath.

• Storage Environment: Avoid storing these pieces consistently in wet or humid environments, such as a washroom.

• Gentle Polishing: Use a soft microfiber cloth once in a while to restore luster and remove surface residue.
   

Custom Color-Painted Items

Our custom pieces often feature delicate enamel or color-work based on your unique drawings.

• Handle with Care: The color application is artisanal and can be sensitive to impact. Avoid dropping these items on hard surfaces to protect the finish.

• No Harsh Cleaners: Never use ultrasonic cleaners or abrasive silver polishes on painted areas, as this can strip or fade the color.

• Gentle Wipe: Use only a damp, soft cloth for cleaning.
   

Stone & Gemstone Care
 

Proper cleaning is essential to keep your stones sparkling and clear.

• Avoid Rubbing Alcohol: Do not clean stones with rubbing alcohol, as it can cause them to change color or become cloudy.

• Safe Cleaning Method: To wash stones, use mild dishwashing soap in warm water.

• Gentle Wash: Let them soak or clean gently for a few minutes, then pat them completely dry with a soft cloth.
   

Dainty & Delicate Items

Some of our designs are fine and dainty, they require extra mindfulness to prevent bending or breakage.

• Mindful Movement: If your jewelry accidentally catches on knitwear, clothing, or doorways, please handle it with patience. Aggressively jerking or pulling the piece to free it can cause the metal to stretch or snap.

• Not a Manufacturing Fault: Damage caused by accidental pulling, snagging, or forceful tugging is considered accidental damage and not a manufacturing defect.

General Wear & Tear
 

• Natural Aging: Please be aware that all jewelry will experience normal wear and tear over time.

• Surface Scratches: Through daily use, items will naturally develop minor scratches and signs of wear.
