2. Damaged or Defective Items

At Ode Moment, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our curated collections and the sentimental value of our custom-designed pieces. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the artisanal and personalized nature of our work, we adhere to the following policy:

1. Exchange Policy

While Ode Moment does not offer monetary refunds for change-of-mind purchases, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for store credit or a different item within 30 days of your original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging.

  • Ode Moment reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

We strive for perfection, but we understand that issues can occur during transit. If your item arrives broken or damaged:

  • Replacement: We will prioritize an exchange for a brand-new replacement of the same item.

  • Refund Exception: In the event that the item is out of stock, or if it is a custom piece that we are unable to remake, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Reporting: Please email us immediately at odemomentdesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can resolve this for you quickly.

If you require a different size for a non-custom item, please contact us at odemomentdesign@gmail.com.

  • We will assist you in finding the correct size, subject to current stock availability.

  • Because we produce in small batches, a specific size exchange cannot always be guaranteed.

3. Final Sale & Non-Exchangeable Items

To maintain strict hygiene standards and respect the permanent nature of personalization, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit (unless they arrive damaged):

  • Custom-Made Items: Any jewelry created from customer-provided artwork, drawings, or specific design requests.

  • Engraved & Bespoke Pieces: Items that have been personalized with names, dates, or custom symbols.

  • Earrings: Due to health and hygiene regulations, all earrings are final sale.

  • Specially Sized or Modified Items: Any piece that has been altered or sized specifically for the customer.

4. Size Exchanges 

If you require a different size for a non-custom item, please contact us at odemomentdesign@gmail.com.

  • We will assist you in finding the correct size, subject to current stock availability.

  • Because we produce in small batches, a specific size exchange cannot always be guaranteed.

5. Shipping & Liability

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with sending items back for exchange.

  • Risk of Loss: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ode Moment is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Original Shipping: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
